The School Committee is currently meeting for the final vote on the FY19 GPS budget.

You can watch the livestream on YouTube. I’m a bit late to the party due to real-life commitments.

I’ll be live-blogging it here as I watch.

Prev It seems like millenials and seniors are looking for mostly the same stuff in downtown Greenfield.
Next I’m currently sitting in a meeting of the Health, Safety, & Facilities Subcommittee of the School Committee

What’s this all about, then?

I’ve lived in Greenfield since 2008. I don’t hold any official office or position with the town–I’m just interested in what is going on around me. I’m probably wrong about a lot of stuff.

I believe there is a need for thoughtful coverage of local government here in our little city of Greenfield, and I don’t think it needs to be rocket science. Right now, it’s just me and my blog, going to city meetings, asking questions, and writing down the answers.
